I also used to eat a full bowl (big bowl haha) of cereal! And my problem was that I didn't use to think....I didn't think about what I was putting into my mouth and how much of it. Realizing serving sizes is a huge step :)

I use alot of Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga, Pitbull....things like that. I need something with a good beat. Some days though I like to listen to Rock music 12 Stones, Shine Down, Seether, Puddle of Mudd...things like that. I'll have to download alot of the music posted on here to expand!! :)

My older sister and are are both getting healthy and eating right, so we asked our Mom to not make a "heavy" meal. So it's not too extraordinary but she's making Grilled Chicken, Veggies on the grill. Then just strawberries with cool whip for dessert :)
