I did the my kettlebell dvd this morning again. My legs and butt were still sore, but usually working out helps that for me. I feel great after getting done. According to my HRM I burned 460 calories in the 55 minutes. Anyone with a HRM burn about that much with kettlebells? Just curious :)

I wear the New Balance WR760. I went to a store called Running Wild and they watched me walk barefoot and what not and tried different shoes. I've had them for about 2.5 months and have had no more issues with my knees like I was with my old shoes :) They said I pronate alot.

Whenever i log onto MFP and see all my friends recording exercise, eating healthy, and having positive attitudes it keeps me doing the same! The automatic setting for fiber on here is very low. For girls its recommended 25-30 grams of fiber a day and guys I think is a bit more. I changed my setting to 25 to make sure I always get over that. Oh, and don't worry about going over on protein!!

I may have to try that! I use the big containers of whole grain oats to make my oatmeal and I have been adding cinnamon or honey. Honey with strawberries in it is really good too!

Cleaning works for me sometimes :) It gets my mind off of it and by the time i'm done it may be time for a snack or meal so it's like a reward for cleaning!

Definitely MFP!! I plan my days ahead of time and therefore it's really easy to stick with them :)

I have always loved skim milk and used to drink tons of it! I will never cut it out completely and just drink less of it now...but i'm sticking with my skim milk and just dealing with the sugar that comes with it.

I sneak in push-ups at work. There's a couple handicap bars in there that are just a little lower then hip high and i use those for 45 degree angle push-ups ( I'm working my way up to full ones :) ). I drink ALOT of water, and I make sure and do 20 every time I go to the bathroom so they really add up!
