This isn't really a recipe, but I tend to grill or bake a bunch of chicken on Sundays. So then throughout the week I can use that chicken for whatever to just warm-up. I do 5-6 meals a day and you can look at my diary if you want it's public. I keep each relatively close in number and have no huge meal. I'm eating quite a bit right now calorie wise because of alot of calories burnt in exercise, but it's the general idea :)

Don't have things at home that tempt you to snack. I have no chips or crackers or bad sugary cereal....because those are the easiest things to mindlessly snack on. :)

Thank You :) To lose the 1st 15 pounds I did 30 day shred, running, HIIT, strength training videos....really just changed things up alot. Those are such great ideas!!! I may "steal" some of them for myself :) If I did 15-20 wall push ups every time I went to the bathroom it would mean I would do so many every day with how much water I drink!! But I would love that because push ups are my weakness. Thanks again!

That's interesting because my Polar F6 gives me higher numbers then MFP and my treadmill 99% of the time. I usually burn at least 10 calories per minute.

Yeah I definitely spend more money on healthy food...I know it will pay off, but it's sucks to do to my bank account.

1500 is what i've heard off numerous sites is actually required for our body. FDA says no more then 2300.
