I tried to add you but your page wouldn't let me. Please add me.

Tossed garden salad, chicken noodle soup, and green beans w/ ham & onions. Delish!

We had a very hard time deciding also. We had our poor travel agent hopping trying to find us deals and packages. We finally decided on San Francisco & Sonoma Valley. It's outdoorsy enough, without being too outdoorsy. It has plenty to do without being overwhelming. We're looking at visiting Pier 39, Alcatraz, Sonoma…

I am trying to get back in shape for my own wedding in July. I have been on MFP a while and had done really well, but I slacked off and it snuck up on me. Now I have a wedding dress to fit into, so it's time to get back in the game! Feel free to add me!

   Dude, where's the like button when you need one?

Just recently engaged, Nov. 2013. Hoping for a June/July 2014 wedding. It's a little fast, but we just don't want to wait. Plus I'm a teacher and it just makes sense to get married in the summer. Would love to have some bride friends on my list. Add me!

I already met one cuz she flew down from Ohio to Texas to spend the weekend with me. We had a blast! But, if I could meet another it would be peanut(don't remember the number after her name cuz I know her by her real name). We really bonded and I'd just love to hang with her. I'd also love to meet sweetnothings. Pretty…

I'm in Texas and we say "y'all." If it's a large group or we're including a group within a group, it's "all y'all." If something belongs to the group, it's "y'all's." And, yes, we really say these things.

I'm American. If I were to hyphenate it, it would be German-Irish-English-American. Or I could call myself a White American or a Caucasian American. My dad is of only German descent and his genealogy has been traced back to Germany (I get all of my "muttness" from my mom), but I have never heard him and will never hear him…

"Oh, MFP, you're so pretty"  I am the creative, visual, English teacher type. I write poetry, draw, sing. I love to scrapbook and create visuals on the computer. And I steer clear from math, science, forms, data, and pretty much anything else that would make me sound "smart." MFP works for me because I work…

I've logged in every day for two years and counting. And I'm always looking for friends who log in, comment, and post.

And, yes people, I know monthly "anniversaries" are cheesy. For the record, we are in our thirties, very much in love, and talk about getting married very frequently. We've been together six months and friends for three years. I know it's not a long time, but when it's right, you just know. Most of the months pass with…

This. Thanks for asking, instead of assuming. Six months is actually right on target.

False. I've never ridden a roller coaster.

I cleaned my whole house this week and it looks awesome. I had a 4 lb loss this week. I changed the battery in my beeping fire alarm this morning and, for once, it was relatively easy to do. And, my favorite, my boyfriend and I are having lots of serious wedding/ marriage talks.

God'swill... with the apostrophe and everything. At least his parents were grammatically correct  .

Wish I had kept my MFP friendslist to non-"real life" friends. There's comfort in a certain level of anonymity. I used to be able to say things here that I couldn't say on FB, but now since I have some real life friends on my MFP list, I feel limited in what I can say again. :ohwell:

People just call me Kimi. My real name is Kimberly, but nobody in "real life" calls me Kimi. I want some more MFP nicknames!

I'm a teacher and, sadly, 95% of the time I end up with a frozen dinner. They're not very appetizing and leave me unsatisfied and still hungry, but we only get 25 minutes to eat so there isn't enough time for a good meal anyway. What does leave me the happiest after lunch is a good sandwich, a salad, soup, sometimes a…

Happened to me too. I was wearing mine (way) too tight when I started and too baggy before I went down a size. And more than once, my coworkers/friends had to tell me I was wearing them too baggy. Guess I'm not a good judge of that. But, hey, at least I saved a couple of bucks.
