Exercise? Yes, 1hr yoga (with handstands!) and CrossFit (C2B and 65# push jerks), got a PR: 100# 1rep max for my push jerk! 🏋️♂️ Calories? Yes, under by 30 (within 10% on my macros) Tracking? Yes! Hi everyone. I’ve had good success managing my eating when I’ve done nutrition challenges at my gym. There isn’t one running right now and I’m anxious to get back on track. Hoping this challenge will help me. :-)
