A can of campbell's healthy request tomato soup with nonfat milk. And then later a half cup of Greek Gods Honey Strawberry Greek Yogurt. (I need to go shopping!) I avoided the cinnamon roll on the counter, though it was calling my name. (so proud)

This is an old thread, but I'll just leave this here. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18678372

I'm late to the game, this month I've walked 110.01 miles and a total of 249848 steps

Seems unlikely. Then again if we're talking "bad boys" I've never been that into them. An @hole is still an @hole. I won't necessarily hold prison against someone, but I'd be hard won for sure.

Yes I do. You be surprised how much you eat and how little you walk. All those restaurants add up. I don't always stay within my daily bounds but logging it right after the meal (when possible)keeps me honest; and every once in a while I actually think a meal will be more caloric than it actually is. Besides, it gives you…

Well done! Selfies are why more fun when you're feeling fit and fabulous. I can't wait to feel that fit again--though 20lbs down I'm feeling much more positive, because I know I can set goals and achieve them and have more energy. You look happy. So proud of you.

I was having issues fairly frequently, but now that I've lost 20 lbs I don't seem to have as much trouble. Be careful with things like peppermint--esp. before bedtime (peppermint ice cream, tea, etc...) it can relax the muscles that prevent reflux. Reduce fatty food intake before bed, greasy things can give you reflux--I…

Try this: http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/bmr/ I upped my cals because I'm a student too and also need my brain. This is a good guide. I got dizzy after exercise with MFP's recommended cals.

My stomach to stop hurting, and my life to be less riddled with anxiety. (you did ask...)

Yes--obviously it's not a panacea, but when I exercise I feel more accomplished and happier over all, I also sleep better at night after a day where I've exercised. I'm sure the exercise helps burn off any excess adrenaline that's been hanging out from all that worrying we've been doing.

Oof! It's amazing with proper medication and tracking with do. I've been tracking with minimal results, but my doc put me on metformin and spirolactone for PCOS and I'm starting to lose weight more quickly. So glad you're here and things are working. :) Rock on!

I did WW 6 years ago and lost about 40lbs, but I got way off track and depressed and moved a few times. Now I've got a fitness tracker and MFP (I just bought a manual treadmill)--I've lost 17lbs this time--only those additional 40 to go! (grin) Every now and again I'll use my points calculator to see what WW would say…

Sometimes I get heartburn when I eat late. But that's usually situational. Too much food, or something super spicy, or my body has a fit of anarchy. But the more I lose the less it happens. One of the many pros of losing weight, re-acquisition of my pre-bedtime cup of peppermint tea. Otherwise, it really doesn't matter…

Are you eating enough in general? I was feeling really odd after exercise (headaches sometimes, dizzy), but I realized I was eating well below my BMR because of MFP's seemingly automatic adjustment to 1200 cals when it autosets your goals. I've cranked it up to 1500 (I'm short) + exercise calories and I'm feeling much…

I've been skinny before, and lost this weight before, so I remember all that carefree energy and positive mood I used to have--climbing stairs, feeling good, loving clothes...So I've lost 13 lbs so far this time and my heartburn has really gone down already, I feel like moving! I'm using a habit tracker and I have to…

You have an interesting definition of "two"--that was a year and a half ago. Not that long.

I'm pretty sure we should be friends. :D I came here to see if I wanted to muster the energy to explain the silliness of the GMO fearmongering today, but you did it for me--and well. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian myself and am working on my bachelor's in environmental science. Ya make a girl happy. Well done.
-
OMG yes. My people, I hear ya. I probably won't spend the money, but I'd be sorely tempted if they don't reduce in volume. :( BOO-bs!
-
Well something to hope for then 50-ish lbs to lose and they sized me into a 34H recently. Which is aggravating on so many levels. Some say never too much boob, but it's here--it's just too much. If I can get to an E or an F I'll be okay, though DD would be pretty danged fabulous. 5 years ago when I was about the size I…

Third time? Not sure...lost 35 lbs with WW about 5 years ago (gained it back and a bit more), but moved around a lot. Currently I live in a town without a lot of sidewalks. :/ Hoping to do a virtual walk to FL from VA by next year. I'm not completely on pace for it, but I'm hoping to make up a bit along the way. Happy to…
-
This year I'm walking a "virtual tour." I'm walking from my home in Central Virginia to the tip of Key West, FL. So far I'm almost 20 miles in. If I can walk at least 4.3 miles a day I'll be there by 12/31/16. I'm hoping to finish sooner, but we'll see how it goes.

Congratulations! You look great! Your husband looks a little more fit as well, or is it just me? Side effects. :D Happy anniversary.

plantgrrl I'm having step syncing issues with garmin connect as well. It's frustrating. :(

My GC name is plantgrrl. I'm having issues with GC and MFP sharing exercise cals and steps. :(

My GC name is plantgrrl. Is anyone having connection problems with MFP registering steps?
