I have ridden bikes for 25yrs, I would never ever wear ear phones, or ride with anyone that is wearing ear phones. Its a distraction and you have everything to lose. My advise just don't do it, concentrate on your riding and environment. It only take one time and you are done. Ride your bike, get fit, have fun but be safe.

Ok, you don't look 40, playing outside in a tutu is not mentally 40, looks like some roller derby going on as well. If you carry on like this you'll be hitting 25 all over again. Enjoy it it doesn't make adifference. I'm 43 but feel that my life is just starting to come out and really enjoy itself. Keep on rocking.
