  • Hi, I'm just getting started on here again. Log in again last week. If you want to friend me we can try and make this work. C
  • Hello, I'm English too but live in Seattle. If you want to take on this ride as friends send me please add me. I'm starting out again after being absent for a while so new friends are welcome.
  • I can certainly help with the motivation. I kind of hit a slump for a few months, gained back some lbs over the winter and am getting back to eating better and exercising again. If you need someone along the way add me to your friend motivator list. Good luck.

  • I managed to mysteriously gain back half of what I worked hard to lose. So I am starting to fight back and lose that extra fat again. As well as get fitter and healthier again. Add me to your friends if you would like too. Its a hard fight but one worth fighting.
  • I believe you have to be selfish in order to help other to a better degree. On a plane they always tell you to put on your oxygen mask first. You can't help someone else if you don't start with yourself. Add me as a friend if you like, plus your picture is a British Bulldog. I am getting myself back on track after losing…
  • Bootylicious, well done on all your hard work and dedication to achieving your booty goals.
  • Hi, Welcome to MFP. My experience is that this is a great site and community. We are all constantly learning what is good for each of us here. I am looking to lose about 15lbs, I had a great run for a while but have been on a plateau but looking to get back on track again. I try my best to be honest and supportive and its…
  • That's a shame, I am sure you would feel much better if you did.
  • Probably around a 5, although most people might think its higher than that on the outside/
  • Welcome, add me to your friends list. Been doing this for a while. Had a flat period for a few months and now its time to get moving again. Its good to have support and give support as well.

  • Welcome, It is always hard to get going again after you have had a great start, then a bad period after that. I am in that bad period myself and am working on getting moving again and losing the last 15 to 20 lbs and also working on getting fit and strong. Willing to help and be helped along this journey we have all…

  • When did it actually become a desirable thing for women to want a gap between their thighs? It seems like a really strange issue to me, but that's just me. If its a natural thing for you, then all is good and well. If it is something that you believe you need to be sexy or sexier then I would say you need to think about a…
  • I got back from Rome last week, was only there for a couple of days but did the Vatican city and the museum. Amazing art collection not even mentioning the Sistine Chapel. And then when you have completed the museum and are tired you enter the Basilica and are immediately greeted by Michelangelo's Pieta. A truly amazing…
  • interesting article. Removing all the complexities leaves you will just the simple things that can be managed and controlled. Everything is simple, until we start to over think.
  • You are welcome to add me. This is a great site and the friends we make a long the way are wonderful. I love cooking too, sharing new ideas is always welcome.
  • 44, Testicular cancer two years ago. Was overweight, not fit and pretty much miserable about a lot of things in my life. Woke up one day and decided the best way to change is to take that first step, then another and then another until you are on the move. I only need to lose about 40/45 lbs and need to get rid of a few…
  • Agree completely, its lazliness at its best. And if they are out in public with PJ's did they even bother to shower. And, if they have make up on, are they trying to make a social comment. Laziness.
  • As part of your new lifestyle, eating better, exercising and being concisous of yourself, these are all choices you have made to improve your life. The next step is to considering removing people and things that are also negative and only provide a negative impact to you. You just have to decide to remove yourself from as…
  • That's a fantastic feeling. Well done on the progress you have made so far.
  • LesLee - Again nice bikini shot and the little black dress, afntastic.
  • DawnVanSlim - Has to be the bikini shot :-) plus the side facing portrait, very nice.
  • I think that the social norm now is for people to be over their ideal weight by about 25 / 30lbs. Too many people now see this as a normal weight, so when someone makes the change and loses that extrea 30lbs and gets back to their ideal weight and they do it in a healthy way. Other people just precieve it as being too…
  • Smile man, you've done a fantastic job. The 5K sounds easy compared to getting your weight done
  • Totally agree. Its the mindset you give yourself, the choices you make, being honest about the choices good and bad and working at it. Excuse slow you down, just do it and make it happen. Be active and not just exercise.
  • Samara, Black and white shot middle row. Mandipandi, you are welcome :-)
  • Mandipandi, You are very attractive in your profile picture. Wonderful cheeky smile, but the one in the pink top is rather applealing.
  • This one is perfect, any woman happy with who they are the sexiest creature on the planet. Self confidence is more attractive than anything else.
  • Hey, indeed to lose about another 15 to get to my goal. I log everyday and say it as it is, but i don't take things that serious. Add me if you would like too.
