  • Add me too - I'm down for it. I find in this go around of losing weight and living in better health that community is so helpful. I've been so inspired by the stories shared on the BWLW blog - it really was the key to push me to do that little bit extra to make things happen.
  • I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 145 - I am about 20 lbs away from that goal right now. I decided that I would only get on the scale once a month (that thing upsets me after all the work I put in) and will focus on how my clothes fit and how I feel.
  • I like the 10 Minute Solution videos that are pretty low cost and go on sale a lot at the big chain stores. I love that I can either customize and do any number of the routines, or just one if I'm low on time. Also, Sparkpeople has video workouts online.
