You can use resistance bands for all the exercises if you don't have weights to use. She has one modifier using bands. I do think if you are going to use weights you need more than 3 & 8 lbs. Thanks! I think that's what I'll do. My muscles are still sore from yesterday and I was sort of dreading having to do Pump & Burn again today. I'll plan on walking on the treadmill instead.

I have a FT4. You can look at the time while working out. I took a picture of my watch today while doing my workout. I usually keep it on either calories burned or heart rate but you can choose to see the duration and time of day instead.

I started both C25K & Les Mills Pump DVD's the week of Jan 5. I've been doing C25K on Tues, Thurs & Sat and the Pump DVD's on Mon, Wed & Fri.
