  • Insanity is great too
  • Have you tried turbo fire?
  • I took an hr walk today and burned 569 cals my avg HR was 128. I bet your HRM isn't off. Plus men burn more then women. When my husband goes on a walk with me he'll burn at least 100 more then me, partially becuz he's taller & heavier. I have also noticed that when I run I'll burn twice as many calories as doing another…
  • Depressed? That'll make ya tired! Drink Shakeology from beachbody! That stuff'll give you all the energy you need!
  • Try beachbody's shakeology it's so much better for you and works wonders! I'm on it and loooove it!
  • I'm with ya. I'm 5'9 and have lost just over 12lbs. It's very hard for me to see it & I complain to my hubby all the time. But I have been getting compliments from other people so I guess it is working! Keep it up! Sure helps when others notice huh!
  • Good question! You got me wondering now. I've mostly heard to drink b4 you eat to help fill you up. But I worked with a lady who refused to drink anything b4 during or right after her meals because she said it slowed down digestion & caused you to not take in as many nutrients. I always thought she was full of it.
  • Shakeology! I'm on it & LOVE IT! Not only is it helping me drop the weight but it gives me crazy energy so I want to work out & burn calories.
  • I went thru the same thing in the beginning. I actually went over 2 full weeks without loosing any weight & I'm exercising every day and eating very well! I'm not sure if it was just my body adjusting to the new routine or what but after that I started loosing the weight. Don't forget to measure too! You might not be…
  • Thanks! Always looking for a low cal good refreshing relaxing drink!
  • Fresh fruits & veggies are always on my shopping list. multi-grain crackers, low fat cottage cheese, hummas just to name a few... Vegetable Tortilla Lasagna 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 large zucchini (about 10 ounces), cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices 3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed 1 1/4 cups grated Monterey Jack…
  • Be happy I'm at 28%. And yes I would say it matters. It helps you to see how healthy you are. You can be slim but still be "unhealthy" This helps you to keep your toning in check and be the healthiest possible. Plus most fat is not good for the body. But I'm not Dr just my opinion.
  • What's wrong with treating yourself every once and awhile! Enjoy it! Drink some water and go back to your regular diet tomorrow! Don't kill yourself over it. Way to stay strong tho!
  • I just became a coach for beachbody which is the makers of P90X. If you want more info you can go to their website Team Beachbody. My coach is bzymumof5. She's awesome! You can also check out all there great services, workouts and products! P90X is an intense workout!
  • If you don't treat yourself every once and awhile your healthy eating habits are more likely to fail. I say do it every now and then and when you want to! You work hard and deserve some flavor! lol just don't make it your main eating habit.
  • Nuts. I like almonds. Although I don't know if that's good to eat or not. I just like them because they are simple and filling.
  • I'm 5'9 and should weigh 140ish. I think it also depends on your body type. I'm not a little person so for me to be healthy I tend to be on the higher side of my healthy weight. I feel best around 145-150.
  • fajitas, veggie tortilla lasagna, chix taco salad (bake your own chips) chix sand, veggie omlette
  • I'm 5'9 and pretty much the opposite body frame from what you explained. My pre-pregnancy weight ranged from 140-150 (I was smaller in highschool 125-135) Anything below 140ish and I start looking anorexic. I'm 193 and my goal is 150 and like you If I'm happy and healthy at that I'll stop there but my ultimate goal is to…
  • I'm tall and "big boned" I can loose all sorts of weight & never get passed a 7. Even in high school when I was 118 lbs. People are built different and unfortunately some of us will never be a size 0. Be proud of who you are and as long as your healthy be happy! lot's of women would kill for a size 8!

  • I was just about to start the same topic! I've gained 2 lbs in 2 days! I'm exercising & staying under my calorie limit. WTH right! I'm chalking mine up to water and aunt flo coming this week. I hope! But 10lbs?! Theres no way! I bet your scales off.
  • Straight shots! Vodka I think is one of the lowest calories. :drinker:
  • I use Asics and I love them! I have knee problems and when I run they get pretty bad. These running shoes give me the support I need. I have the newest ones with the gel and duomax. They can be expensive (mine were about $100) but well worth it to me.
  • beats me! I usually don't eat my exercise calories either, at least not all of them.
  • We all have rough days and rough patches in our lives. Be strong, make a list of things. Stay focused on the positive and set small goals for yourself no matter what your aiming for. You'll feel better when you accomplish something. And stay around positive people that lift you up. Negativity around you will only drag you…
  • Awesome! Thanks!
  • I think it depends on what you put on your profile as to how much "movement/exercise" you do in a day. If you put none then yes I think it accounts for that. I don't exercise every day either and I'm loosing weight. I have to give my body a rest so I don't over do it! lol but exerciseing helps you loose it faster!
  • I'm always under, usually by a lot as well. (not that much tho!) But it doesn't sound like your giving your body enough food in general. I may be under but I eat a lot thru the day, it's just mostly fresh veggies and fruits. But I'm no expert! Thats just what I've been doing and I have lost over 5lbs in a week.
  • My man is awesome too and supportive too. There are good ones and bad ones just like women. You just have to find the right one for YOU! Keep your spirits up! :drinker:
