Should I up my calories??
I have been eating a 1200 calorie diet and recently started P90X and I feel like I'm starving and stuffing my face. I'm eating healthy and proteins but how do I know what is too much? I want to eat the right amount of food and calories without over indulging either. I swear I'm eating a snack every 1-2 hrs! Is this normal?

Need to convince Hubby! Beachbody?!
Has anyone tried the beachbody stuff or the shakology? I have a friend who is a coach for beachbody and I'm thinking of trying it out, including shakology but my husband is scetchy. Difference in Calories burned
Why is it when I bust my butt for an hr and a half on my kinect fitness it says I've burned over 400 calories but when I log it on myfitnesspal in order to match up the calories I only work out for 20-30 min. It's discouraging!
