  • i have a 'tuneband' and it works well - it's a velcro band with a stretchy/rubberlike holder for the iphone. i also have a very slim case on my iphone for everyday, and i can keep that case on while using the tuneband. wasn't expensive - i bought mine on amazon. good luck!
  • you could also check out podrunner - it lets you sort and download audio podcasts by bpm, and there's a description of the songs for each. i use it EVERY time i go out for a run. (ps - you don't need to have an iphone to use it!)

  • i'm starting w1d2 this afternoon! i really really WANT to like running, but so far, i just don't. i have a major mental block about my ability to run for any length of time without stopping - and i'm hoping that this time it will click for me too. you're all giving me great motivation to make running my friend. :)
  • rosa mexicana's ceviche is also really good....and their fish tacos are grilled and yummy!
  • awesome. i just bought the eat smart 'people' scale and love it too. thanks!
  • my daily protein intake was usually pretty high too (in the 35-40% range), and when i began working out a little more the scale came to a screeching halt. i've been working with a personal trainer, who suggested i go more in line with MFP percentages - 55% carbs, 15% protein, 30% fat - and the scale immediately started…
