I can't eat oatmea or I am starving for the rest of the day. I usually have a smoothie made with fruit, soymilk and protein powder. Keeps me full for a long time! It sucks when you are feeling so hungry!!

I have been eating regular whole grain instant oatmel Omega-3 and adding fresh blueberries. This morning I made a protein shake and feel much better and fuller. Thanks everyone for your awesome replies!

Hi, I need to lose a lot of weight too. Some days it can be a struggle, but I find if you take it one day at a time it helps. Don't get overwhelmed with the "big picture"!! We are all here to support each other.:)
