  • I know just what the OP means. When I find my weight up due to alcohol, mostly from those warm days and cold beers, I have to stop for at least a week. The daily habit goes away. Then when I decide to drink again, I always have a large glass of water first, then a beer or usually red wine ( very low in calories and sugar )…
  • Bumping.....I am on week 4 of recovery from a broken collarbone, but can't wait to get back to lifting.....never felt or looked better!

  • Progress..... Now I think my fitness goals are madness!!!! Not really, but looking back it does seem like alot! Anyway, 4 days in and I have stayed within my calorie goals and: Biked 5 miles Pilates 1 hour Zumba 1 hour Walked 3 miles So far so good......how about anyone else...how is it going?
  • Great challenge...and I am in too! I need to lose 10...the 10 I have gained after losing 25. I DO NOT want to gain it all back and am still really active, just eating too much. Mine will look like this: Lose 10 lbs by tracking my calories in and out. Run 20 miles ( this would be 5 miles, once a week ) Mountain Bike 40…
  • No worries, girl. Just get right back on track tomorrow. You might see a jump on the scale if you weigh yourself every day, but it comes back off. If you have been eating too few calories, sometimes you actually loose when you eat too much. Of course you can't do that often, but just take it in stride and keep going!
