I started in August of last year and lost 38 pounds. I changed nothing and gained back 18. I got discouraged and LAZY and really angry with myself. I wish mine would! At 40I it actually hurts to do alot of jumping around while exercising. That would be amazing!

1) If I chip my nail polish at work, I have to peel it all off and start over later. 2) I am losing weight so that my hubby will crush on me as hard as I do on him. 3) I LOVE comics and taxidermy! (:

I have the left side of my nose pierced. Size 0 gauges in my ears. Also have tons of tattoos. They kind of go hand in hand to me. I like the way they look all together.(:

I stress eat too! And eat when I'm bored, tired, sad, happy... I would say I am an addict. I understand where you are coming from! I think the only thing that has really been helping me is drinking lots more water, and gum when I'm feeling chewy. It will get better.

Have you tried The Black Veil Brides? I love almost any type of rock, and or metal. Bullet for My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold, ect. I guess it depends on what era and heaviness you are looking for! Glad I,m not the only one!
