  • yep! weight gain from overeating usually shows about 2 -3 days later for me. be careful about overeating u are just punishing urself, being ur own worst enemy. if u can't log ur meals on mfp, just write it down and add the calories on paper. there is usually some sort of caloric information on the foods we eat or some…

  • yep, an over weight person "ought" and should lose weight. they might not have health problems now, but they will eventually. i wouldn't look down on an overweight person, i would treat them the same as everyone else.

  • i agree, do the 30 day shred first. it's only 20 minutes and it's the best place to start. otherwise u will set impossible goals for urself and get discouraged. i'm doing the 30 day shred right now too and getting great results as well. good luck!

  • not so ms. in her 20s. us more mature ppl would probably be more help and motivational since we've been around the block a few times already and know the score. it's experience that u should pursue. actually, a good blend is always the best, a little of both worlds to keep things balanced
  • it's going to take awhile for the tummy, just be patient. hey, look at it this way, it took years for that tummy to get like that, but it won't take years to fix it!
  • honey, it's gotta be just the chicken and tortilla bc the cheese by itself is almost 100 calories alone. besides, leave that taco bell stuff alone, it has wAy too many calories and it's not that good for u anyway. just go to the groceries and buy all the fixings and make it home urself! :D
  • yes, diet fizzy drinks are bad, bad, bad for u. in fact, all fizzy drinks aNd diet stuff period, is bad for u, especially cokes. u should stick with natural, natural, natural...that would be juice, water and food u make in the kitchen urself from natural wholesome ingredients. if ur caloric intake can't afford a juice bc…

  • @bcattoes. i agree...i read that for older ppl it's actually unhealthy and bad for the kidneys to drink water in excess or when u're not thirsty. i think the 8 glasses of water thing is just a rule of thumb...staying hydrated is all that's important. what it takes to hydrated some maybe different for others. where some…
