I'm so sorry you're going through this but you're definitely not alone. Try not to dwell on what's already done, the only thing you can affect is the future. I don't have experience with OE but it could be a step in the right direction for you. Good luck.

You got this. You can do it! Once you get started you'll wonder why it took so long. I was far from being a runner, did the program last summer and loved it. Burns so many calories and while I still have work to do, I've seen changes in my body for sure. Good luck and enjoy!

Me! I'm a tad over 200 and I'm in the middle of week 7. My thighs were SO sore in the beginning but that has gone away. Be sure to stretch before and after, that helped me a lot. And I'm sure my body adjusting also helped :-) Hang in there it gets better and it's totally worth it!!

I went through the same things for a couple months. It stalled my weight loss and luckily I didn't gain anything, just stopped losing. If you're head isn't there it's just not going to work, you just need to readjust your thinking, and remember what your goals are. And keep coming on here! Good luck, you can do it!

How far below your calories are you? Are you eating your exercise calories? For me, I notice that it I don't eat most of my exercise calories I won't lose. I try not to leave more than a couple hundred calories on the table. I also agree about the measurements. If you're truly sticking to the plan and exercising that much,…

Me! I'm 5'11" started at 258, down to 227...STUCK as can be right now, have been for a good month. Just started to kick up my exercising, hoping that helps. I've been stuck within 5 lbs or so. Feel free to friend me!
