The one thing that keeps me drinking water is this: if you're even slightly dehydrated, your metabolism drops to conserve energy. No one wants a slow metabolism, now do they?

I have an extractor (not blender) and like this combo: lots of kale, 2 carrots, half a granny smith apple, celery, parsley and a tbsp of spirulina

Fasting slows down your metabolism tremendously. Eating at night, before you sleep isn't going to do you any good either. If you're trying to lose weight, this isn't a good way to do it.

I make a salad with watermelon, black olives and a bit of feta on a bed of greens, tossed with just a tiny dash of olive oil and a bit of pepper

If you have built muscles, you need to up your caloric intake as your metabolism is also speeding up. Make sure you're drinking a ton of water and, to stave off hunger, eat food with lots of fiber. My problem with Atkins is that I can't imagine life without steel cut oats in it...
