thank you everyone!!! It's a lot of work but totally worth it :)

Diet and exercise... counting calories of course, quit drinking pop and cut down a lot on the sweets. Try to exercise everyday, but it doesn't always happen. Sometimes it's just a 1/2hr on the wii, others it's going for a 4.5 mile walk/jog. My husband is also doing it with me which makes things much easier :)

it's public now, sorry... i haven't measured my self at all, didn't think about it when i started all of this so i haven't since because i don't know what to compare it to. I usually drink about 8 glasses of water a day, sometimes more.
