I never roll my eyes at the fat people since i was/still am....i roll my eyes at the "Gym bunnies" who come in sit around for 10 minutes(then complain they had a hard workout) then get up and leave....or they come in sit down watch the hot guy lift and then leave...

ha ha...i said the same thing...but did go on the dating sites....went on 7 first dates...yup 7....nothing more happened after them...was a blow to the ego...but i got over it once i found the love of my life, on this website of all places...i then deleted my online dating profile.

i drink water 100% of the day. well that and coffee in the morning....and protein shake or muscle milk after a workout.

swim cap, deep conditioning treatments.... ...i use treseme shampoo and conditioner the one with the UV filter in it...worked well on my hair and i was swimming 2-3 days a week.
