I have a denim dress that looks alright on me, but doesn't fit in my top area...hoping this summer i am able to rock it!!! have had it forever, only wore it once..want to be able to wear it a million more times.

I went from a D to a DD when i first started losing weight...now they are slowly shrinking...but ive always done some sort of chest exercise to keep them firm and somewhat perky....

chicken salad...like i cut up the chicken, cooked it, and put it in salad...then added some feta cheese, a little bit of cottage cheese, some beets, little bit of sliced olives, and a light balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

i started at a 46-48 D...currently at a 38-40DD (yes, they got bigger as the size got smaller), but now...sadly they are starting to shrink :sad: but the plus side is, with all the lifting i do, they are perky as hell!!!

i actually watched him yesterday (not by choice...was in a waiting room all day), but he showed us how to lose 20 pounds in 28 days!!! Dr. OZ is full of miracles!!! (and no, I am so not serious....he is crazy in the head).
