I'm 4'10" and running 5mpg at 3-5min intervals. My weight was 180lbs when I started. Steadily building the endurances and stamina. Each week I try adding another minute but its been a struggle. Total time 45-50mins in one session.

Welcome. Hope you utilize this site to its fulliest. I had WLS in May2011 and it helps to track everything you consume including your exercise and strenght training. Good Luck.
