new here i got to loose 130lbs so i can keep up with my 9yr old daughter and 3 nieces(all under 3yrs) all help or advice gratefully appreciated :smile:

when i was diagnosed with chronic sciatica i was told loosing weight would ease the pain and -9lbs later i'm feeling well better 60lb to go to target!!
