I just order how I order. I usually always customize a dish at a restaurant that coincides with my goals. If my "date" doesn't like it, then oh well. I don't try to change my routine for other people. I'm very goal oriented and either the person jumps onboard with it, or doesn't. It's as simple as that.

You're half right. I don't need to slash carbs to lose weight. Just the calorie deficit. Low carb and/or Ketogenic diets have no metabolic advantage. Edit: I also failed to mention that if you want good body composition and retain LBM, then yes resistance training exercise matters.

60+ minutes is not too much as long you take rest days. If you're in the gym and you're strength training for 2 hours a day , 6 days a week....THAT is too much. Longer training isn't smarter training. Your CNS will thank you later.

Yep, although not sure why they moved up. The likelihood of the Vikings taking Richardson doesn't make much sense.

Great job! That's just under 7lbs per month. 6.8 or so to be exact over the course of a year. I'm curious though. What happened in the summer months? Did you track progress then? Did you plateau at all? You don't have that progress on your bio.

1. Eat a calorie deficit under TDEE (maintenance). 2. Eat .75 to 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass to assist in retaining it. 3. Incorporate a resistance weight training program, and lift heavy.
