Rangers fans...any last words?
-
OP: I'm probably not going to start running anytime soon, but I think you're pretty hot. Just sayin...
-
Can I have your stuff?
-
Is this a truely serious question?
-
My friend you have no idea. I have posted countless articles and studies regarding the entire SFA leading to CVD and CHD arguement over and over. It gets tiresome.
-
Trans Fatty Acids yes, Saturated Fats no. There is no evidence to support that Saturated Fats lead to CVD or CHD.

I would eat at maintenance until the illness passes. Drink plenty of fluids as well.

Diet is #1 priority. Exercise is #2. Find out how many calories you burn in a 24 hr period, and eat a deficit under that. Get sufficient protein and dietary fat intake. Do some sort of strength resistance training, and some cardiovascular training. Don't overdo it in the gym. Be patient. Weight will come off. Aim for 1-2…

Saturated fat = Dietary Cholesterol Dietary Cholesterol has very minimal (if any) impact on your Blood Serum Cholesterol.
-
No problem. =)
-
Your doctor most likely doesn't know what your TDEE is, and the fact that he's telling you to eat only 1000 calories makes me wonder about him being a doctor. You need to find out how many calories you burn in a 24 hour period. This is your TDEE. TDEE is composed of your BMR + NEAT+ EAT + TEF. TDEE = Total Daily Energy…

Saturated fats = dietary cholesterol Bcatts.
-
So it doesn't matter that we've been telling you that dietary cholesterol has very minimal impact on your blood serum cholesterol. Now we have Russell who shows you it doesn't by the numbers, and now he's just "one of the lucky ones". What will it take Bcatts?

Uncle Bens?
-
Thats awesome regarding your cholesterol levels man. I wish all the people that think saturated fat is bad for them and eating cholesterol raises their blood cholesterol would READ this post. Awesome job.
-
No I meant 200g.
-
I would go for around 200g of sugar each and every day.
-
I was going to respond but Sidesteal and Mcrow got it covered. =) OP listen to those guys. They know their stuff.
-
I'm really confused. Where did I "attack" anyone? Please let me know if I said something against forum policy. Thanks.

No a divorced woman/single mother is not less attractive. I've dated women that were single mothers, and it was fine.
-
Do squats like these guys and you'll be fine:
-
Interesting. You try something new, supplement wise?
-
Again, it depends on if someone is bodybuilding, an athlete, or in fitness.
-
Don't start your usual ramble that you bring everyday. The original post wasn't about who was healthy and who wasn't. It was a blanket statement about "can you have too much protein?". Then the post of this "researcher" or "scientist" or worse ..a "doctor" claims about studies showing that you will have problems if you…

I think you have a misunderstanding of what a ketogenic diet is or even how to get into ketosis. You're supposed to be a M.D., correct? *not being a smarta$$, just asking*
-
Bcatts don't start today. Seriously. Let's have a good Friday.
-
You have to actually TRY to hurt yourself to eat too much protein to be harmful to your kidneys, etc.
-
1. There is nothing wrong with consuming more than 30% protein of your total daily calorie intake. It's where you consume a massive excess protein in one sitting where there's a risk. 2. Athletes and Bodybuilders or anyone who is into fitness should consume .50g - 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight or 1g - 1.25g per lb of…
