Welcome! this is a great way to track your calories. I have lost some weight using MFP. The best part of it is to become aware of what you eat and to substitute some food for other foods that are healthier. My Goal is to lose about 70 pounds. Good luck. :-):smile: :smile:

Hi I will like to be part of the challenge. My current weight is 206 as of today. I will like to loose 21 pounds by December 23. I will weight at that time 185. :-)
