You haven't ruined any of the hard work you've put in. Everyone has bad days every now and then. I've had a lot of those lately so I know how depressing it can be, but just don't let it get to you to the point where you give up. You gotta get back up and get back on track. you can do it!

This is the first year I haven't caved and bought at least 1 box of thin mints. They're selling them everywhere though, it's soooo hard to say no!

I would like to lose about 60 more!

Sometimes I wonder if people have noticed because not many people have said anything, but then again I am guilty of noticing that someone has lost weight and deciding not to comment because I don't want to make them uncomfortable so that could be why.

Take it slow, there is no need to rush into marriage. I got married when I was 18 and it is not easy, and often it isn't like the image of marriage that you have in your head. I hope everything works out for you.

8 boneless Pork Chops at least 1/2 in. thick 1 packet Hidden Valley Seasoning Packet 1 or 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup - if you use 1 can, then add 1 can of water Mix all ingredients together in crock pot, cook on Low for about 6 hours. Makes the most delicious, tender pork chops ever.... with a great gravy.
