my SO is about 5 inches taller then me and was about 8lbs heavier.. since we've both been watching, he jumped under me, then i jumped under him and it seems like a neck in neck race. Of course he will hit his goal weight a lot sooner then me since he's taller, but its OK... in the end I will weigh less :)

it is really dependent on whether or not you have a deficiency. I had a severe deficiency in B12, to the point where when it was discovered it was 1 weeks of shots, then a month of weekly and i'm onto monthly now. graduated in 2002 at around 180, today i'm 229, shooting for 125... wasn't that weight at this height... ever.

looking to lose 107 lbs, not an easy goal but I'm tired of this weight. I may settle at 135 (so 97lbs) instead but we'll see. I'll be a daily logger as of tomorrow, with an open diary. I'm also starting 2 exercise plans in addition to my new eating style.

I'm all for starting on the first but is it ok to skip 2 days later that week, i'll be in a place where I highly doubt I'd be able to do it. I was planning on beginning every jan7th but a group might keep me motivated to stick through it, even if it means starting early.

5'2 1/2 here and also aiming for 135. for my body type it seems like its the best weight to drop to. But its really all dependent on when and where you feel you look the best. I mean, if I get to 150 and I like how I look, and I feel healthy, I'll stay at it.
