  • I do it, but only very rarely. If I go out for a meal for example. If you're still losing weight then I don't think it matters too much because you're obviously in control. However, if you find that your weight loss it stalling, maybe then would be the time to be a little stricter with your calorie counting. :flowerforyou:
  • Chocolate digestives, jaffa cakes and Nutella. I'm hoping one day I can learn to eat these in moderation (something I'm practising with other foods), but for now these have to be kept out of the house. However, I cannot buy multipacks of chocolate bars or big sharing packs of chocolatey sweets as they will all be gone. But…
  • When I take progress pictures I definitely don't suck in as I don't see the point in trying to look slimmer. I feel it would only be deceiving myself. I want to see an accurate picture of my fat in its natural state. Of course when I'm out with friends having a picture taken I suck in all that I can
  • Fantastic work!! Well done :flowerforyou: I've really really wanted to tell someone that this morning I got out of the 200s!! This morning I weighed in at 199.1
  • Weight loss isn't linear. Overall you have a downward trend and that is what is important. Keep doing what you're doing :flowerforyou:
  • I've lost 20lbs in 60 days (started January 21st 2014)
  • Unfortunately, I absolutely hate peanut butter....but in for all the other lovely cakes :3
  • I think you've done a fantastic job losing as much weight as you have done!! :flowerforyou: You're clearly doing it correctly, so there's no need to listen to your coworker. Obviously as you get fitter you will need to push harder during your exercise routine, but I don't believe there is any need to change what kind of…
  • I've lost 18.1lbs in 49 days and I haven't cut out anything. In fact, I've just had some Japanese curry with a generous serving of white rice. If you keep your calories in check you will lose weight.
  • I weigh myself every morning after I've been to the loo, and before I eat or drink anything. However, I'm able to not obsess over the fluctuations that I see during the week. If you're comfortable with your weighing routine and aren't getting stressed about the numbers then carry on with what you're doing :)
  • When I was doing couch to 5k if I found a week particularly difficult, to the point I was almost collapsing after the run, I would repeat the week. I'd definitely recommend repeating a week if you feel you have to.
  • I lived in Japan for a year so I can definitely empathise with you about the price of certain fruit and vegetables over there D: Wishing you the best of luck with your weight loss!! As the Japanese would say; "Ganbare!" :P
  • Nice to know that my goal weight (your current weight) disgusts you... :/
