Nov 1 - 30 mins Nov 2 - none or very minimal Nov 3 - none or very minimal Nov 4 - 120 mins Nov 5 - 120 mins Nov 6 - 15 mins Total 315 mins Novembre goal: 500 mins or 20mins x 5 days per week Total: 30 minutes

  • I'm still in. Sorry for not posting. Last month I lost 2 lbs. But I have lost a half inch off my hips, right bicep, and righ calf, also .3 inch off of my bust and right thight and 1/4 inch from my neck.
  • I have had days where I am run off my feet and then there's the days that I am more stationary. Depends on the day. On the more fruitful days I am also doing stock, lifting that and moving that so I feel at times work is a workout! lol:laugh:

  • One question - what about all the walking we do at work. Sometimes I know we stand around but alot of times I am on the go my whole shift (which is normally 9-10hrs).
  • I wish I had one in my communities... though techniqually my town is part of the big city of Sarnia.
  • It was fun. I tried a few machines but felt alittle self conscious. Definitely will use them in the future. I figure maybe some of the "fitness cities" may have them, like California and or Vancouver.

  • I forgot to post the last two weeks but here they are: Oct 23 up .8lb Oct 30 lost 1.6 lbs and lost 2 all together. I took my measurements today.   • On your way home if your stopping for something, why not stop at the grocery store and pick up a premade meal at the deli. They have healthy options there and you can get a side salad to boot or fruit bowl. With work (and I think we all do it or have the junk food), bring in a veggie tray or fruit tray instead.
