Checking in. I've been updating it on my signature all the time, though. I'm at 1062/1440 minutes (73.7% of 24hrs) of exercise in July so far. This means that in ten days I have to work out 378 minutes, or 6 hours and 18 minutes. This comes down to approximately 38 minutes of exercise everyday. I get 27 minutes off of 30DS…

We have most meals at work (it's a family business and during the summer I am there all day). Lunches come from a place we have a contract with so not much power over that, but it's generally healthy and good. For dinner it depends (it's still at work).

Level 2 Day 6 done. I almost wanted to skip it today, but I would have felt 200 more calories disgusting..third day in a row of being calories, my first. :/ Level 2 is so hard...I have a really hard time. But I think it felt a lot faster today.

SW - 169 lbs (FRIDAY JULY 1) Week 1 - 166.3lbs (FRIDAY JULY 8) Week 2 - 166.5lbs (FRIDAY JULY 15) 0.2lb, but it could have been worse...I had a giant buffet dinner last night and didn't even do my 30DS.

Today (well technically yesterday) was supposed to be my Level 2 Day 6, but it's nearly 1AM and I just can't do it right now. I did some Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga for 30 minutes, though. But too sleepy for 30DS tonight. I'll be back on it tomorrow, I promise!

Like other posters said, I would not worry too much. I've had a few days in which I did indulge somewhat, and I didn't gain much overall. Sure, the day right after it shows a bit, but overall it doesn't affect much. :)
