  • You guys are scaring me! I finished L1 tonight and I'll be starting L2 tomorrow. I did the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga warm up and level 1 today, and the planks were hard enough on that...I can only wonder how hard 30DS's is going to be! I am however very happy I am done with L1. I really liked it! :)

  • I couldn't exercise at all for the first three days of June, but let's do this! I'm in! I won't be updating everyday though- I'll update when I weigh-in for the July Challenge, so every Friday. July 1 thru 3: 0 July 4: 95 min 95/1440 minutes of exercise in July so far
  • The first ten pounds is the easiest. I lost the first ten in the first seven days, and after that when I saw I wasn't losing, I felt depressed. There are many explanations - water weight, gaining muscles, et cetera. You really should not give up. Good luck!

  • You lost that many pounds in a month because you made drastic changes. You are only going to be disappointed if you are aiming to lose twenty pounds a month. I lost seven pounds my first week and after that it has been slower. You should only aim to lose two pounds a week. Good luck! :)

  • I also feel as if I hit a plateau.. I was losing a lot the first week and after that it's been slow. But it's a slow process and I am trying to accept that.
