Hi, I think you are doing fine. The first week, everyone loses a lot, then after that it gets slower. You'll keep losing as long as you continue what you are doing. Good luck! :)

Sorry I couldn't post yesterday. My weight yesterday was 158.7lbs, though today I was 157.4lbs. I guess I gotta stick to Mondays!

Okay. 30DS results! I was not able to measure for inches, but the change was noticeable from like Day 6. After that I didn't see many changes, but I am pretty sure I did lose inches. I don't think if I'll be able to do it...I work all day and I'm lucky to be able to squeeze in a video exercise at night. On the weekends I sometimes get to walk/run. I do two miles. But good luck to everyone!!

I'm 5'6" and around the mid 160s (like 164-166lb) now. Our BMI is normal when we are 154 at most, so no, you will not look unhealthy at 160lbs.
