I try not to replace the calories. I figure you eat so much then work off more therefore loose weight. If you have left-over calories at the end of the day you did good...as far as I know. If I'm wrong with that thinking someone please let me know! I love the Walk Away the Pounds series. Really gives you a good sweat!!!…

Just started on here but know exactly what you mean. I find tho if I don't do my exercises I still have a lot of energy to do other things like cleaning, walking the dog, yard work....you get the picture. I think sometimes we over-look the little things we do each day as exercise; they add up too. But....nothing is better…

I know how you all feel. I have a Pom-bass and he is just worn out and doing the "flat basset" thing too after our walks. Unfortunately we have been having a lot of rain so we have missed a couple of days but finally got back out today! As for carrying him....never in a million!! lol
