It's "fake" food, but knock yourself out if you must. Personally I'd rather savor and enjoy the real thing once in a while.

See siggy (I'm slower :))

I had good results with NROLFW. Great program. I would reconsider stepping up your runs from 4 to 5 days. I'm a runner myself and have found personally along with lots of research that too much running isn't compatible with fat loss. Good luck!

Only your body can tell you that. No one will be able to say oh 1800 is the magic number before your supply suffers. Honestly, I waited till I was done breastfeeding to start counting cals. I just ate sensibly and focused on breastfeeding and whatnot. I breastfed for 14 months so it was a long wait but worth it. I also…

Congrats! I must say that weight loss will still be here after you have your baby. I know that weight loss can be done during pregnancy, but your focus should be on a healthy pregnancy and maybe minmal weight gain. I lost 70 lbs before getting pregnant and still had 50+ to go. I didn't focus on weight maintenance or losing…

They are WAY high, especially for people who are fit already. It tells me I burn like 400 cals on the elliptical, but my HRM says 250 or less. It bugs me because some people follow MFP to the letter and if they are eating back ALL their exercise cals, well then they are likely over eating and wondering why they aren't…

That's how I maintain my weight loss - eat lowish all week, pig out all weekend. Even during weight loss times, I'll do a similar form, but with less pigging out on the weekends. Works for me.

No one is forcing you to eat what he eats. I deal with this on a daily basis, my hubby and I are two peas in a pod, but when it comes to health and nutrition we are polar opposites. So you have a few options. Say either you eat what I eat or cook yourself, make two separate meals, or make two separate meals but alter his…

Depends on your caffine and caffine like substances sensitivity. I drink about 16 - 24 oz of coffee in the am and was using 5 hour enery before workout 2xs a week. Didn't really care for how it made me feel so I stopped. I didn't have a heart attack, but my heart did race a little.

Gosh I don't know, I lost 130 lbs eating right and exercising, enough proof it works for me IMO.

I don't know the answer, but I honestly never stretch. I do yoga on non running days, but before or after I never stretch and other than some common overuse injuries I'm injury free. I've herad stretching before can make you more pruned to injury because you'll be too loose and it can cause issues. I think it's a personal…

Is it asleep? Press the start button to wake it up. There are great videos on YouTube for tutorials.

I have the CX and can say it's worth every penny and I LOVE it. If you are looking for distance and pace, Garmin is the only way to go IMO - that's what they do. The heart rate monitor it comes with is awesome as well.

My son, now 3, is the EXACT same way and NO it's not a power of wills. He is just that picky and will literally not eat anything if given the option. But it is getting better. We just keep trying and in time have found some fruits and veggies he will eat. But in the meat department - chicken nuggies ONLY, oh and some…

Who cares if I think it's ok, do you think it's ok???? This is one of my downfalls on my journey - wondering if my decision are ok with others, when in the end it only matters if 1) It works for me and 2) I'm getting results. If you find that "treating" yourself once in a while or even often doesn't effect your journey or…

Honestly I think you're ok. Could you obsess over your types of food and macros, sure if you want to. But if you're enjoying your menu, which looks great to me, and not hungry or tired or otherwise experiencing signs of hunger I think it's fine. My guess is that you're grossly over estimating your burn. There are aps for…

You might surprise yourself race day. My first I was training around 12:00 and on race day pulled 10:29. My advice since it's your first would be to just conquer the distance and then run a second to start to work on your PR. Get yourself a watch that calculates your pace. I just got one and can now see my pace constantly…

Personally I don't eat before I run, other than a GU before runs over 5 miles. I've run up to 15 miles with no food and have had no issues. If you do need to eat make sure you eat 60 mins before and make sure it's easily digestible a banana and yogurt or maybe a granola bar. Try google for other ideas.

Bad bad bad! For one it's a genitically modified crop and two it's a natural estrogen (think cancer causing and girls prematurally hitting puberty!). Jillian Michaels gives a TON of good info regarding it and I'm sure Google would produce tons and tons of info. It's hard to avoid though, it's in EVERYTHING, especially…

Personally since "cleaning" up my diet recently I think it's processed crap full of junk our bodies just don't need. That said, I think you can eat there calorically responsibly and it can be a great option for those how are trying to limit or change their fast food consumption. All things in moderation right?
-
Ehh...not all brands are created equal...try Chobani, it's all natural and approved by clean eating magazine. Maybe next time try reading ingrediants of other brands before bashing a product entirely. Just my opinion.
-
I've been wondering how processed they are. I eat them ALL the time, but recently decided I wanted to get cleaner about my diet and have been doing So Delicious Coconut Milk Ice Cream, it's pretty good and all natural. But if you don't care about processed and want a low cal option for ice cream, Skinny Cow is the bomb! I…

Well...my biggest suggestion would be more veggies, less eating out and less processed foods. But if that's not your thing or that's not sustainable for you then I'd stick with what you're doing. Those last lbs are the hardest and it often just takes time and patience, although a cleaner diet would likely speed things…

You're diary isn't viewable so without specifics about what you're eating, how much you're eating and how much you're exercising there is not a lot of advice to give other than keep it up. 2 lbs is 2 lbs, some people just lose slower than others and there is sometimes no ryme or reason to it.

Maybe, maybe not. We work out about the same and I'm running a half maraton a week from Sunday. Right now I'm just rolling with it based on how I feel. Some days I'm netting 1000, some days 1200 other days 1500. I try not to let myself go above my maintenance which is 1700. At first I was doing 1500 and wasn't losing and…

So have some. I regularly have 2 squares of Ghiradelli 72% dark chocolate. It's so rich 2 squares are all you need...one would probably even work. And dark chocolate is GOOD for you. 2 squares = 110 cals.

Calories are calories, doesn't matter if they're liquid. Alcohol calories will however make you retain water and *may* make losing more difficult for you. But life's short if it fits in your plan - live it up girl!

Well I tell you, this is my "normal". You can see my journey below in my siggy and if it's taught me anything it's that it's a lifestyle change. My preferred lifestyle - eat less during the week so I can eat more on the weekend. It worked for me to maintain my loss for 6 months until I started questioning it and eating…

Thanks everyone! Lots of great advice lots to think about!
