So my work trip got cancelled and I'm at home struggling to not eat...on the bright side I've put in 2 bike rides and a visit to the gym that wouldn't have happened...a sneek weigh in shows me up 2lbs for the week :( Can I blame the heat and humidity?

Back in my work clothes today...even though I feel bloated and have not met my calories goals these last few days I did go down a notch on the belt...so that's a nice way to start the day.

Thanks...yeah...just get out of sorts when I'm not working. I never went over 2000 calories so I'd still be losing...just not able to stick to my 1500. Wed and Thurs I'm living out of a suitcase and it'll be easy to stick to my plan hopefully getting me back on track.

July is not starting off well for me...too much time at home means too much time grazing the fridge. Although I haven't gone wild I'm still losing the mojo I had in June. Need to get back on the road for work so I can be more rigid in my habits. Only away 2 days this week.

After my week in Halifax and 'breaking' my food plan by having a very large donair...I just had to step on the scale this morning a day in advance of my check in date....I seem to have survived and am close to my next 10lb loss milestone!! Maybe Donair are some kind of new weight loss miracle food?

I get together with work colleagues once every 3months...just went through a day of "you've lost weight!" comments. The die is now cast...need to lose more before our next get-together lol.

Another notch on the belt this week and enough energy to buy a bike and starting riding...did a 13K bike ride today for first time in at least 10 years.

Rough week...I travel weekly for work and it generally allows me to be very regimented in my eating but this week feels off...I'm sticking to my calories but feel like I'm gaining weight. Fingers crossed for Saturday weigh in lol.

Thanks...trying to target 2lb per week so a little off even though hitting my calorie target daily...might be time to recalculate the target though. Hoping to hit 245 by end of month.
