I'm in almost the exact same boat (180 goal/1400 a day/ lost over 50 so far total will be 66 when done)....I've really gotten into biking...my life is such that i can give it 2 to 3 hours a day and that builds a nice deficit (of which, at most, i only eat 25% because i don't trust the calories calculations :) ) Good luck!

I'm so looking forward to buying a completely new wardrobe, being locked down during this time and working from home...i've had no dates and no work meetings lol....I've lost 50lbs with 20lbs to go (hoping end of Oct) and NOTHING will fit .... And i'll be able to shop somewhere other than a big and tall shop :)

I have overnight oats with almond milk, apple/banana, yogurt, cinnamon and flax seeds. Approx 225 calories. But...I eat 4 meals a day not 3 so starting off small suits me. My overall daily is 1400 to 1500 not including exercise calories.

I'm not at maintenance yet but i've lost 50lbs so far by having 4 meals a day of 375 calories, recently dropping to 350 each as i push to another 20lbs to lose. My plan for maintenance is to stay with the same regimen and slowly increase the per meal calories 2 weeks at a time until i hit a steady state.

Ha thanks. It might mean I'm on my toes. Went for a 2hourish walk at the gym to clear my mind a bit. Only calories left for raw veggies and hummus :)

Woke up this morning sore from biking but am on the computer plotting my next bike course while my coffee brews. Working at home most of this week which makes it hard for me to not graze so I'm allowing myself to eat 1/3 of the calories mapmyfitness tells me i've burned (don't trust it at all lol).

Got bored so went out and did another 23km lol.

So after 5 weeks recovering from my bike tumble I'm back on it today. Only did 8km (amazing how quick you lose the little cardio you had built) but I'll build up quick to the 30km I was doing 5 weeks back. Hoping the bike and sticking to my calorie count will end up with a 6.8lbs loss this month to put me at 220 on my way…
