I just quit about three weeks ago and I found that it is easier for me to go cold turkey with lots of gum and white grapefruit juice (not PInk) and cinnamon toothpaste and mouthwash. I just use use one of those whenever i have a craving. It has worked so far, the only time i slipped up was when I drank.

I used to skip breakfast but I was told that it is not healthy and that you could just end up eating more, plus I have no energy if I dont eat something since I wake up early.

I would like more info on that I have a really hard time with breakfast because if I eat what I need to stay full it takes alot of calories and I end up with no energy later in the day!!

I think that it is normal for children to have a little "baby fat" but to let your child get to 200 pds is wrong!! My kids eat all the time, most of the time it is healthy, but I do let them have treats to and none of them are obese or even overweight (they were all lucky enough to get their dads body type!!)so I can not…

my husband and I always tell each other we love you, alot!!!!!! every day and we are affectionate where ever we are, not like gross get a room but hugs and hand holding and kisses (pecks, no tongue action in public lol). and he is big on *kitten* slapping!! :) I find all of this amazing cuz we have been together 12 years!!!
