I tried a pill along the same lines as lipoband (cant remember the name) which worked by preventing fat being absorbed by the body. However as i was dieting anyway, i wasn't eating any fatty foods therefore i thought it was a bit of a waste of money and stopped taking them as they were making me realy bloated :-/
