I've tried it in a rice cooker before and using the same quinoa to water ratios the quinoa package said, it worked just fine. Never tried the slow cooker; though, I'd imagine it would work.

I pulled my mats out yesterday and had a fantastic time playing! Did some weights in between songs to recover in a sorta circuit training deal. Definitely adding it to the workout schedule.
