  • Thank you so much for the info. I was confused about it at times too trying to log things but was not sure I was doing it right. This is a great way to know if I am logging things right. But I am going today to get a heart monitor that you wear as a watch to help keep up with my calories.

  • You will feel worse before it gets better. I thought I was going to die everytime I walked down stairs or tried to sit on a toilet. But it did get better. You just have to stay with it. On my 4th day I was starting to feel better. Good lock with it. I log it as circuit training. 20 minutes.

  • Hi!! I usually eat 2 snacks a day, each around 100 calories each (or less if I can find something) I eat one between breakfast and lunch (or between lunch and dinner if I get full enough at breakfast) then again at night after dinner.

  • Mine were today after I worked out. I took a hot bath tonight as hot as I could stand it and got out feeling so much better.
