  • How often are you checking your weight? I weigh only on Fridays, that way I am not stressed all week about my weight gain or loss being flexable. If you are only checking your weight once a week and you have your measurements logged in here then i would go ahead and log everything when i checked it.

  • Thanks all!! I have been fixing a gallon size bag of pop every morning and eating on that all day as my snack. I looked on the bag and it said 3 tablespoons were 130 calories, I am praying that is not correct.
  • Go to kraftfoods.com. They have some fantastic easy recipies that are low calorie. Look at the top under nutrition and go to low calorie and it will pull up several. I have made Tons of those and my whole family loves them. Even my 10 year old son. Good luck with it.
  • It does the same thing when I put in circuit workouts. So I just put in minutes and adjust them to match the calories I burned, even if it shows I worked out longer then I really did.

  • Great idea, thanks for that advise. I am doing to 30 day shred, i'm at level 2 and some of the workout wears out my legs and I do not think I can go on any longer. Iwill try to remember that instead of thinking out 20 seconds left, just think about NOW. Thanks for the advise.
