wii fit strength training

I just did 30 min of strength training / yoga on my wii fit but im not sure exactly how many min i did of each and how to log it in my exercise log. can someone please help me?? thank you very much! :tongue:

    is it wii fit, or wii fit plus? because i have wii fit plus and it calcuates how many calories you have lost :)

    it is a wii fit (regular) i can't seem to find them when i put in the search area.
