Hehehe, stinky dog ears. I don't really enjoy my pup's stinky ears but I don't hate it. I do however love the smell of my kitties fur. They always smell like clean laundry or DH's cologne from when he kissed them on the way out the door. I could kiss/sniff them all day! Where's your April vacay to?

If it's too easy for you move up to heavier weights, the least I use is 3 and that's only for the anterior lifts and I use up to 8 (for the bicep curls and chest flys), 5 for everything else, if you're not feeling a burn basically the whole time it's time to use heavier weights and get deeper into the moves. Day 1 Level 2 wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. It was certainly harder since I've gotten so used to Level 1 and man was I sweating but I'm only slightly sore today. Actually it's just nice the do something different and I'm sure in 10 days it will be much easier. Keep it up shredders!!!!!!!!!!!
