Can't get motivated

Tricks To Drink Enough Water
I don't drink enough water, I should be drinking at least 75 ounces but I can never remember. Sometimes it will slip my mind almost all day, I'm not a thirsty person in general so I never think of it. What tricks do you use to make sure you get enough water everyday?

Success Stories Demotivate Me
Is it just me? I'm obsessed with them and love seeing the changes but I look at the people that have completely transformed and hit their goals and think... That will never be me, I'm not capable of doing what they did.

Use Exercise Calories?
I'm a little fuzzy on this because WW said, don't use these calories... the food diary kinda implies that you should but I don't want to exercise just to use all the calories I just worked so hard for. So do I stick with my 1200 calories even when I run or exercise or do I eat some or all of the extra calories? Thanks!
