Weekday's for me it's green tea, porridge with skimmed milk, weekends it's scrambled eggs on wholemeal bread with latte!

I log everything....good or bad, what is the point of not doing it, Once you starting cheating yourself it's a slippery slope that you are on!

Ive found it rather interesting how many calories are in some food, especially the hidden calories!..........I haven't had a problem keeping track, everything seems to be here, even down to what supermarket I buy from! Good luck, im loving this!

Hi, Thank You, I've checked it out and I guessing 600 is average....On my app ive got it as weights lifting and it's about 270, The heaviest weigh is my back track which is 20kg. The gym side I am excellent at, ive just been over doing portion size, love this app though, very motivated by it!
