I completely phoned mine in tonight. I didn't want to get up this morning so it pushes everything back and quite frankly ruins my da. Here it is after 9pm and I am just finishing up. I need to find more (exciting!!) ab exercises to do to hook it onto the jacks when I'm not on the elliptical. I think I burned more calories…

I like the "bouncing busts" :) I can not for the life of me "warm up" my lower back half of my left calf. That is the only thing that has been bothering me, but not enough to make me stop. I'm still doing one a days since I'm getting other cardio in. Good luck all, and keep up the fantastic work!

I'm alive! I will commit to one round a day for now. I also was teetering between 12-13 jacks per 10 seconds. My left calf seems to never want to "warm up" so it's a little sore, but otherwise I'm feelin' alright :)

I totally agree. The wife of my boss walked right up to me this week and asked me if I had heard of either the baby food diet or the hormone diet. I laughed and said "um, no". I've found mine too! I stood there in front of the mirror last Friday night and stared at them. I can remember standing in front of that same mirror before my weightloss journey scrunching my shoulders trying to see them, wondering if I would ever be able to again... Yay us! Very funny! My DL lists the same weight now as it did when I got it 23 years ago, 150. I'm sure the people at the DMV thought "yeah, right"all those times I was in and didn't increase it. I'm shooting for under it before I need to renew.

I am such a creature of habit - I've had the same breakfast M-F for as long as I can remember. I pop the milk in the microwave to warm up and ta-da - a quick and easy breakfast! 1 cup oats 1 cup 1% milk It is 400 calories and keeps me full until lunchtime.
