I went to walmart on purpose last weekend because i knew they were there. I ate my box of samos within the weekend. I am glad they are gone and i got my fix. Lol

I use to swear by low carb diets..... but i always gained the weight back. I have exceeded my goal and i eat anywhere from 150 -220 carbs a day. You need carbs as fuel for your body......

How many calories will your dinner be? If i have alot of calories come dinner i usually eat more meat its higher in calories but low in fat and high in protein.

I use body fortress. I have the chocolate peanutbutter and cookies n creme. It taste pretty good with skim milk. I am going to by some almond milk and try it with that. I only use it on heavy lifting days

I lost mine but they are a full c or d depending the bra. I am getting them lifted the end of this year. I dont want them bigger just normal again

I grew up a Phillies fan... (my family is from Chester PA) but I was born in Tampa and I love my Rays..... and we got Pena back... But I got love for Philly.... I grew up watching the Phillies Spring training in Clearwater and going to games when we were visiting..... But i believe the Rays will be on fire this year!!!!!

100 calorie thomas english muffin 1 turkey sausage patty and 1 slice of cheese. 220 calories and filling. I also like oatmeal or greek yogurt

Im with you.... i am actually baking brownies as we speak. Its very hard. I like the sugarfree pudding.....fruit works great. I love mixing strawberries and blueberries with a tablespoon of lite whipped cream.... yum. There are good sweet on skinny taste.com

Im a florida girl so I tan usually at the beach. One of my closes friends had skin cancer on her face that had to removed. So this year i will be more protective with sunscreen.

I drink them on lifting days for faster muscle recovery and to reach my protein goals and to add calories for a surplus. They are not necessary if you can get all the protein from whole foods

Its my bf birthday so I rather celebrate that then vday.... i took him out to dinner saturday. Made him his favorite lasanga yesterday and will make him a carrot cake tomorrow.

I work out after dinner after my food settles. It helps me eat a smaller portion too. Because running on a full stomach is no fun

I love to go out and drink..... i can drink with the best of them. But since starting this new lifestyle it is less important. I love waking up and feeling great. Although we still go out drinking from time to time it is not every weekend anymore. And now i usually stop drinking after a couple because i start thinking…

I also found out the hard why that losing weight is more of what you eat than how much you exercise. Once I got the eating part down then and exercise the weight came flying off....the hard part is learning to love more healthier foods.

I have 7 tatts and most are visible.... i have worked in healthcare at different companies for almost 15 yrs and nobody has ever minded.

My son was put on rice cereal at 5 days old and i fed him from a spoon then. I didnt feed him jar food he ate mashed food of whatever i cooked for dinner. My son is far from fat healthy as can be and will eat almost anything. :smile:
