I am currently on 5:2. I eat normally(1450 -1600) 5 days a week and 500-550 2 days a week. It is difficult, but not impossible. On fasting days I eat 3 meals (veggies and egg white or oats with half a banana or blueberries) and 2 teas(green tea or fruit tea - which is 0 calorie).

You are not ugly at all. I know what you are through. I been to same phase before so I know how you feel. But trust me he doest deserve you. You need some one much better than him. So my suggestion is just dump him, kick him out of your life, close your heart door lock it and dont let him enter even as a friend.

Yes, its been more than 6 weeks still I haven't reduce a pound weight, but I'm losing inches. I can feel that. I can feel than even in my arms. But no weight loss at all.

It is true what you said, i have bad experience and that happened when I was 28 weeks pregnant. I happen to visit my mom one of my uncle ask me what is the secret of my fitness and how do I maintain my weight. I felt so bad. Now what ever happened I dont want any one to call me fat...
